    A perfect family home! This beautiful semi-detached house of approximately 110 m2 is located about two kilometers from Mijas Pueblo, surrounded by the Sierra de Mijas mountains. The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a toilet, a kitchen, a living-dining room, a patio, and a large terrace, as well as a 90 m2 commercial space. Entering the house, you find the hallway with access to a bathroom, the living-dining room, and the kitchen. From the kitchen, you go out to the patio, which has a small room where the washing machine, dryer, etc. are stored. The living room is spacious and has a lounge area and a dining area. It's only a 20-minute drive to Malaga or Marbella, and only 10 minutes to the beach. Educational facilities such as daycare, school, and high school are available in the village with free transportation. There are no community fees.
