    Fabulous and tastefully decorated 3 bed 2 bath middle floor apartment with open views over the gardens and the pool area in Nueva Andalucia. Upon entering the property, you are welcomed by a hallway; to the right we find the recently renovated, fully equipped kitchen, which is partly open to the dining area, this is adjoined to the cozy living room which benefits from a fireplace and direct access to the covered terrace. Two of the rooms have double beds, while the third has a single bed, perfect as a child's room, home office or guest bedroom. The master bedroom has also direct access to the terrace and includes an ensuite bathroom with bathtub, double sinks and natural light. The other two bedrooms share a complete bathroom. One of the apartment's highlights is the largecovered terrace, featuring an outdoor kitchen with built in barbecue and sink, perfect for al fresco dining. There's also an exterior dining area and a chill out with sofas, ideal for relaxing after meals. There are large windows all over so a lot of light floods in throughout the day. The community is very well-maintained, surrounded by beautiful landscaped swimming pools and gardens. There is a tennis court in the complex next-door that can be used by agreement. The urbanization is a low-density community with blocks of two stories, the 30 apartments are built in the traditional Spanish style. The development was completed in 2000 and is mainly owner occupied with a rich mix of nationalities from all over Europe. Situated in the heart of Golf Valley, close to Las Brisas, Aloha and Los Naranjos golf courses, it is an ideal place to live and explore the rich culture of Andalucía. It is only ten minutes to the famous Puerto Banus, with its exciting mix of shops, bars and restaurants, but also benefits from excellent road connections further afield to Malaga, Granada, Cadiz and even the ski slopes of the Sierra Nevada
