Real Estate agent(Benalmadena, Fuengirola, Torremolinos, La Cala de Mijas area)

Job Summary:

Independent real estate agent willing to work on a freelance basis(autonomo) for a Nordic Real Estate agency on Costa del Sol.

You will be responsible for the entire purchase process of your clients while receiving ongoing support from your team in order to ensure your client will be treated with the highest possible level of assistance through every step of their property search and acquisition.

You will be part of a team focusing on helping each other with professional inputs and knowledge sharing, ensuring any client will recommend us to their friends and family.

You will be provided with qualified clients looking for properties, where your job will be to act as their trusted and dedicated advisor from day one.

Your responsibilities

• Acting as an advisor and property hunter on behalf of your clients.
• Find and list properties when adequate.
• Professional and ongoing advisory.

Your profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, (Preferably within Real Estate)
• Able to work independently and to acquire and information quickly.
• IT savvy.
• Good interpersonal skills and empathy of people's needs.
• Confident and with a positive attitude.
• Fluent in English, preferably Spanish and one of the Nordic languages(Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian).
• Having access to a car.
